I went to a hospitality management school and did really well there, and I had been working in restaurants my whole life. What also comes with that is we’re chefs, so we’re able to think out of the box when it comes to the menu and to food.

For us, Badmaash offers a modern interpretation of comforting classic Indian dishes.
